Buffet Catering Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order & Service Area

  • Our buffet catering service requires a minimum order of 30 pax for events within the Klang Valley.

Delivery & Handling Fees

  • Transportation charges vary based on your venue's location and the number of trips needed for delivery.

  • For orders of 50 pax or less, a flat RM50 delivery fee applies.

  • A minimum handling charge of RM150 will be applied. This fee depends on factors like lift availability and the distance from the loading bay to your event area.

What's Not Included

  • The package price does not include canopies, tables, chairs, or any other items not explicitly listed as complimentary offerings.

  • Disposal of food rubbish is excluded from our service.

Buffet Service & Consumption

  • Standard kitchen assistance is provided for 3 hours after the buffet setup is complete.

  • For the best quality and safety, food is recommended to be consumed within 3 hours of the buffet setup.

Allergen Information

  • Our food may contain common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.

Liability

  • Our company is not liable for any food items not prepared by us or for food consumed off-premises.

Payment & Cancellation

  • A 50% deposit is required 14 days before your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

  • All payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
